Solutions · Commerce & D2C
An online store that feels like your brand.
A template store looks like every other store. We design and build D2C storefronts with a real brand system, fast product pages, checkout that suits Indian buyers, and the back-office screens your team uses to ship.

Who it's for
If this sounds like you.
- D2C brands outgrowing a template store
- Fashion, beauty, electronics and food brands launching online
- Offline retailers and manufacturers selling direct
- Founders who need the brand and the store done together
Every side of the product
4 apps, one system.
Most studios build the customer screen and stop. The other sides are where the business actually runs, so we build them together on one design system.
- 01
Storefront
Collections, filters, product pages and a fast cart. Brewmont filters coffee by tasting notes and roast date.
- 02
Shopper app
For brands with repeat buyers: drops, early access and order tracking, like Threadline's VIP app.
- 03
Studio ops
Stock, drops, returns and dispatch, from one screen.
- 04
Brand system
Logo, colour, type, packaging and voice, coded into the store from day one.
Features Indian customers expect
The must-haves, done properly.
Designed for the phones, networks, languages and payment habits your customers actually have.
- 01
UPI, cards and COD
UPI first, with cash on delivery and the checks that keep COD returns down.
- 02
GST invoices
Invoices with GSTIN, HSN codes and the right tax split, generated with every order.
- 03
Pin-code delivery checks
Delivery dates and COD availability shown on the product page, before checkout.
- 04
Fit and shade tools
Size finders and shade matching, like Glowcart's swatches on six Indian skin tones.
- 05
Drops and waiting rooms
Countdowns and queues for limited releases. See Bassline.
- 06
Fast on mobile data
Most buyers are on phones, so pages are built to load quickly on 4G.
- 07
Search-friendly pages
Clean URLs, structured data and speed that help your products get found.

Questions
About your ecommerce website.
How much does an ecommerce website cost in India?
It depends on the size of the catalogue, custom features and integrations, and whether the brand is new. We send a fixed quote within 48 hours of your brief. Our website cost guide explains the main drivers and what each one adds.
Do you build on a hosted platform or from scratch?
Both. A hosted platform with a custom theme suits many small catalogues. A custom storefront suits brands that need unusual product pages, drops or subscriptions, or want full control of speed and SEO. We recommend one after the first call.
How long does it take?
A custom D2C store with a brand system usually takes six to eight weeks. Adding a shopper app or an ops dashboard extends that. If you are moving from an existing store, we plan the migration of products, customers and URLs so you keep your search rankings and order history.
Does it support cash on delivery and GST invoices?
Yes. COD, UPI and cards are standard, and every order produces a GST invoice with the correct tax split. We can also add COD confirmation by WhatsApp to reduce returns. Pin-code checks can switch COD off where returns run high.
Who owns the store?
You do: the code, designs, product data and brand files. If we build on a hosted platform, the account is in your name from day one. Customer and order data can be exported whenever you like, so you are never locked in.
